Southwest China Annual General Meeting will be held in Chengdu on April 13th 2016 and representatives of member companies in Southwest China will be casting their vote to elect the new Chairman and members of the Board. The elected Chairman and Board members will be representing the local chapter’s members and speak on their behalf on all occasions, especially during meetings with the Chinese authorities.
西南分会年会将于2016年04月13日在成都举行。西南分会会员企业将投票选举新一届董事会成员及主席。董事会及主席将代表西南分会会员企业的统一声音，尤其在与政府的各类会议中发挥积极重要的作用。

How to get there 如何到达
Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Huayu Chongqing Hotel is accross the street in front of the Chongqing North Rail Station South Square. If you drive or take a taxi, you can search "重庆华宇温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店“ on any Chinese GPS map or show your driver the name of the hotel. If you use the public transportation Metro Line 3, please get off at the "Chongqing Bei Zhan (Chongqing North Station)" and walk for 5-10min. If you travel from other cities by rail arriving at the Chongqing North Rail Station North Square, we highly recommend you to take a taxi rather than walk. Location map is at the end of this page. Cancellation Policy 取消报名
If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than one business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for event costs.
To cancel you can: 1) email chongqing@europeanchamber.com.cn, or 2) cancel online if you registered for the event through the website.
