The European Chamber is delight to invite you for a small group discussion on China’s investment environment with officials of CCPIT and experts of Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation of Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM).
The theme of the discussion is to survey the foreign companies who are restricted in the Catalog of Industries for Guiding Foreign Investment and collect comments on China’s investment environment and the opinions and suggestions on the adjustment of FDI policy, revision on foreign investment law, Negative List, BIT negotiation, etc. Attached please find the Catalog for your information. The restricted industries for foreign investment can be found on page 33-37.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday 19 April, 14:00-17:00pm in European Chamber Shanghai Office. To ensure free flow of the discussion, the meeting will be conducted in Chinese only.
