Liaoning Provincial Archives is the provincial comprehensive archives with most preserved archives in China, as well as the application and service center for archives and historical documents in Liaoning.

辽宁省档案馆是国内收藏档案数量最多的省级综合性档案馆，也是辽宁档案史料的利用服务中心。

Liaoning Provincial Archives is created as the new history-reproduced human landscape, with the design concept of people orientation and the integration of cultural and natural charming and functional architecture. Archive preservation and public service offering are perfectly combined, showing the unification of culture, publicity and openness.
