Directly involved in the draft of the Shanghai’s 13th Five Year Plan, Mr. Zhang Zhongwei will share with us how the development goals were formulated, based on the strategic judgment, current expectations and major challenges. Out of the 40,000-word document, he will summarize three main focuses: Shanghai’s functional upgrade, better city layout and improvement of environment. More specifically, Mr. Zhang will be presenting about the Shanghai’s Four Centers and International Innovation Center initiatives and future plan for public transportation, new energy application, environment protection, etc., which all will contribute to a better business and living environment in Shanghai.
The European Chamber is pleased to invite Mr. Zhang Zhongwei, Director of the Division of Development Planning of Shanghai Development and Reform Commission, to introduce this important blueprint.
作为上海市“十三五”规划的直接参与者，张忠伟先生将从战略形势判断、当前发展愿景和面临的瓶颈问题等角度出发，向我们介绍上海“十三五”目标是如何制定的。他将从这份四万字的文件中总结出三个重点：城市功能升级、更合理的城市布局以及城市生态环境建设。在此基础上，张先生将重点介绍上海市“四个中心”和国际科创中心建设，未来城市交通和新能源应用，以及环境保护等和国计民生休戚相关的重大问题。
