China’s ICT and cyber landscape is constantly changing. With the release of the draft Administrative Measures for Domain Names, the 2016 State Council and NPC legislation plans (Cybersecurity Law, Telecom Law, Crypto Law, Critical Information
Infrastructure Protection Regulations…), the recent notification of the CIRC Supervision Rules to the WTO, the still on-going revision of the CBRC Guidelines among others, and given the already happened or planned opening of IMT 2020 Promotion Group, CCSA and TC260, we would like to organise another meeting to review the situation, discuss regulatory updates and plan for future actions.
