The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, in collaboration with the European Commission and the Delegation of the European Commission in China, is delighted to invite you to a breakfast seminar with a presentation from the Deputy Director General of DG Enterprise & Industry Ms. Le Bail, which will be held on Monday 29th of October 2007, 8.30am at China World Hotel, Beijing.
Francoise Le Bail has been Deputy Director General of DG Enterprise and Industry since January 2006. As such, she is in charge of SME policy, innovation policy, regulatory policy as well as the space and defense industry. Her position includes the function as the Commission envoy for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME-envoy). Ms. Le Bail has offered to speak to members of the European Chamber about market access for EU SMEs in China an their related difficulties, while exchanging views with regards to the creation of the EU Business Center.
