中国欧盟商会诚邀您参加于2016年7月19日周二举行的Excel培训课程(人力资源方向)。
Objectives: How to use MS Excel to solving all kinds of HR practical problems with reasonable design of Excel data structure, data collection and analysis skills(Containing PivotTable and popular function), effective presentation data with chart, the method of data security and protection, etc.
本课程主要讲解如何用Excel解决HR工作中的各种实际问题,而不是单纯地讲解Excel的功能与操作,除大纲中列出的问题外,讲师将根据现场学员的水平和需求适当增减内容。
Target Group: Familiar with MS Excel above Initial Level
适合学员:对Excel有一定熟悉程度的非初级用户
Requirement: Laptop with MS Office 2007 version and above for interaction during the training

Chapter I Reasonable Design of HR Problem Solutions 第1章 面向HR工作的解决方案设计与改造
More and more HR users face with the huge amount of data and complicated repetitive work, what method and skill we need to master is helpful to easy control the Excel ? We will find out the answer that the keypoint is the unreasonable data structure design. From the data searching, sorting and rapid making business reports, many secrets and skills can be found to make our HR work easier and intelligence.
越来越多的用户已经意识到比学习一些具体的Excel功能、函数、技巧更为重要的是学习工作中的表、数据结构、解决方案应如何设计和改造,因为多数用户经常遇到Excel问题的根源实际上是表设计的不合理!所以此部分会结合HR的实际工作讲解应如何设计和改造各种问题中的表和解决方案的结构。

Sometimes we need to learn and master the tools of generating report rapidly and the common data analysis function, improve the efficiency of data analysis. Such as: Find the suitable data presentation and performance practices, highlighting the information of data, improve the work reports quality.
很多时候我们需要批量处理或改造一些数据或表格的形式,这一部分主要讲解如何快速批量完成这些任务,比如:怎样快速从一列数据中分离出中文、英文、数字?怎样按某个关键字把一个表格快速拆分成多个表格?

Generating the data report according to specific conditions & comparing the difference
这部分主要讲解一些与HR工作有关的统计和分析类问题,比如:怎样按特定条件统计并生成报表?怎样分析两个表格的差异?
Chapter IV Designing & Ceating the Data Report in HR Working 第4章 HR工作中的报表设计与制作
To create the more professional data report with the specific functions & skills, such as: How to use a filter to do the management of screening or refreshing the tables & charts
这部分主要介绍制作更专业的报表时要用的一些功能和技巧,比如:怎样用一个筛选器控制文件内所有的表格和图表一起筛选或刷新?
Chapter V Q&A Session + Training Courses Promotion 第5章 现场问题答疑与相关培训介绍
对听课者现场提出的问题进行解答,并给出相关的学习建议和相关培训的介绍。
