Winning in today’s environment, where technological change is accelerating faster than ever, will require retail leaders to shift their thinking once again. It’s not about bricks-and-mortar versus digital or omnichannel models. It’s not even about embracing the impact of digital future. China is undergoing major transformations and the Chinese consumer landscape is evolving rapidly. Regional, socio-demographic and psychological attributes are shifting and digital permeates many aspects of the life of China's New Mainstream Consumer. Today’s big challenge is harnessing the explosion of technology and China’s multifaceted consumers.
In just the past couple of years, smartphones and mobile devices have become virtually ubiquitous — with roughly 1.4 billion smartphone units in use today — and have transformed the face of retail marketing as we know it. You need to deliver smarter, personalized customer experiences, and the right models, processes, tools and culture to deliver them fast.
The European Chamber 2016 China 360° E-Marketing Conference (“Conference”) brings together the world’s foremost digital customer experience and marketing technology leaders and practitioners who are defining the next generation of digital experiences and creating the organizations and teams that make them a reality. The Conference aims deliver a unique perspective to help marketers and technologists accomplish best-in-class customer experiences. The Conference will gather digital experience specialists from CMOs to senior CRM Managers to marketing technology integration gurus. Participants in this year’s conference will have the opportunity to meet thought leaders, decision makers, practitioners and analysts who are designing and delivering the most innovative digital and customer experiences.
Don’t miss your opportunity to join this elite community of digital practitioners for a half-day conference in Shanghai filled with inspiration, technology and networking.
