The Conference Fee for In-House HR Experts of European Chamber member companies is 500 RMB
Studies consistently highlight that when choosing their next employer, employees are looking at more than simply base salary, compensation and job security. People want to work for companies that have a strong employee value proposition; that are seen as vibrant, innovative and with a strong sense of ‘corporate purpose’. This notion is particularly strong among today’s ‘millenials’, who in addition to being notoriously ‘disloyal’ now make up almost 50% of today’s workforce in China, suggesting that the importance of employee branding and a positive company reputation will only grow as this group rises to more prominent positions in companies and their boards.
On the 9th November the European Chamber invites you to join over 150 attendees at our annual Human Capital Conference at the Four Seasons Hotel as we focus on the attraction and recruitment of talent, hearing the best practices of HR leaders and executives from some of the world’s most famous brands.
At the conference we will cover and debate relevant topics including: attraction, recruitment, employer branding, Gen-Y, compensation, mobility, and the rise of local competition.
