Benny is the Partner for China Tax and Business Advisory Service in both Shanghai and Nanjing office. He has more than 15 years of experience in the firm for the China tax practice. Benny has extensive experience in investment consultation for multi-national companies, including investment structure planning, support in joint venture negotiation, due diligence review on potential joint venture partner and contract and bylaws formulation, etc. He has also been engaged in various tax and business consultation projects to multi-national companies in various industries such as infrastructure, trading, and other general manufacturing, etc. Such projects include corporate tax planning & consultation, tax due diligence review, assistance in negotiation for preferential tax rulings, assistance in business strategy formulation and review, etc. Benny was awarded his Bachelor of International Trading and Economics from Shanghai Jiaotong University and holds the China Tax Expert Certification.

张亮先生有着15年从事税务咨询方面的工作经验, 现在担任普华永道上海和南京分公司企业税务服务部的合伙人。张亮先生深谙中国税收与中国商业系统运营之道，工作范围涵盖了所得税，流转税，商业法律法规，商务拓展战略多个领域。张亮先生积极涉足于为许多跨国公司和国内企业提供商务战略方案及税务咨询服务。 他的经验包括为公司提供税务策划、国际税务咨询、兼并与收购的支持、税务调查答辩，上市税务筹划等。此外，凭借多年协助客户在华投资的经历，张亮先生与许多中国税收官员之间保持着良好的关系，并对各地的实务操作有着深刻的了解。张亮先生在并购交易的税务尽调及交易架构税收筹划方面也有着丰富的经验。张亮先生合作过的企业遍及汽车、电信、服务、能源及矿产、快速消费品以及零售等多个领域。张亮先生毕业于上海交通大学，是中国注册税务师协会的会员。

鲍正杰先生是普华永道税务部经理，之前任职于江苏省常州市国家税务局大企业和国际税务管理处，是国家税务总局大企业人才库成员，拥有12年的税务工作经历，主要负责大企业的税务风险管理、跨国税源监控等工作。 参与并主导了多户总局定点联系企业、千户集团成员企业、省市级大企业的税务风险分析、识别和应对。鲍先生在制造行业（材料化工、机械设备、医药制造、电子器件、服装等）、高新技术、新能源等领域具有丰富的税务实践经验。
Jayden Bao is a manager of the China Tax & Business Advisory services practice of PwC. Before joining PwC China, Jayden has worked in Large Business and International Taxation Administration Division of SAT Changzhou office for 12 years. During that period, he was primarily dedicated to the risk analysis, identification and response of large enterprises, multinational tax source monitoring, and etc.; and he used to be a member of Large Business Talent Pool of SAT. Jayden participated and took a leading role in the risk identification, analysis and response for Large Businesses Directly-managed by the SAT , member enterprises of “1,000 enterprises”. Jayden has accumulated rich practical tax experience in various industries including manufacturing (i.e. material chemical, machinery and equipment, pharmaceutical, electronica components and apparel), High and New Technology Enterprises, new energy and etc.
