The European Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to a morning seminar on the long awaited and recently approved Corporate Income Tax Implementation Rules.
Please note that this seminar will be conducted in Chinese. An identical seminar in English is scheduled for early in the new year.
The Detailed Implementation Rules were approved at the regular State Council meeting on November 28th, enabling the enforcement of the CIT Law to become effective as early as January 1, 2008. The Rules provide definitions and interpretations on dividend withholding tax rates, information about changes to the current tax holiday and preferential tax treatments, and directions for obtaining a high- or new-tech investor status and so on.
The European Chamber is pleased to welcome Mr. Deng Bing from Deloitte to share with us his insights on the new Implementation Rules and how they will impact your operations in China.
