This one-day simulation-based training provides non-finance managers with no prior experience in financial management with an outstanding opportunity to learn the basics of finance and accounting and business management. In small teams the participants play the role of the management team of a manufacturing enterprise and are guided through an increasingly self-directed process of business and financial performance optimization.
By managing the enterprise over a simulated period of 3 years the participants learn how productivity, efficiency and profitability can be influenced by the actions they take and learn to bring the company back to profitability.
This board-based simulation provides for a risk-free learning-by-doing environment ideal for participants to learn the basics of finance and accounting through simple but increasingly challenging exercises.

Cancellations made 5 working days prior to the course will be charged with 50% course fee.
Cancellations made 3 working days prior to the course or absence from the course will be charged with 100% course fee.
