Definition of L&T key concerns for Position paper 2008/2009
We are pleased to invite you to the next Legal & Taxation Working Group meeting. In this meeting the group will elect chairman of the L&T WG as well as raise Key concerns that will be include within the Position paper 2008/2009. The meeting will be on Tuesday, the 4th of March at 4:00pm in Guangzhou.
The exact venue will be confirmed soon.
In the Legal & Taxation WG the participants are experts on the field of laws and regulations. The working group will meet regularly and discuss new laws and issues the European Companies face in China.
Chairmanship:
The L&T WG has to be chaired by a key person with Legal and/or Tax expertise from a member company. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the development and promotion of the Working Group in partnership with the European Chamber staff. As the working Group is Legal and Taxation, we decided to elect 2 chairmen issue from both background. Please note that the deadline for Chairman Application is due on February, 25th.
