Influencing others is fundamental to helping us reach our personal and career objectives and get things done. Much research has gone into why some people can successfully influence with seemingly little effort, whereas others find their best efforts frustrated. What are the most effective methods and tools to influence effectively? How do you identify key stakeholders and relative tactical leverage points?
