About LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
LSP is a facilitated thinking, communicating and problem-solving tool for organisations, businesses and individuals. Developed by the Lego Group in the mid 90s to address business challenges they were facing, the method is a highly experiential process that draws on extensive research in the fields of psychology, education and business to guide participants in sharing understandings, feelings, knowledge and experience.
About Constructive.xyz
Established in October 2015, Constructive.xyz is already the leading provider of facilitated workshops using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® materials and methodology in mainland China. Since founding Constructive.xyz our facilitators have delivered numerous workshops to various teams and organisations across China, from MNCs and giant tech firms to boutique creative agencies, educational institutions and charitable organisations.
Agenda
8.30am - 9.00am Registration
9.00am - 10.20am ‘A Strategic Imagination Experiment’
Participants are taken through a series of simple builds that help them to reflect on how their
imagination works; the type of imagination they are prone to using, and how they can develop the
ability to use their imagination strategically
10.20am - 11.00am ’Skills Building’
Participants are introduced to the LSP ‘core process’, and learn to ‘think with their hands’.
11.00am - 11.15am Break and networking time
11.15am - 1.00pm ‘Developing a culture of innovation in your work’
Here participants will look at what the conditions necessary for innovation are, and how they can
be fostered and implemented in a work / business environment. Participants finish with a personalised
action plan for innovation they can take back to their workplace, office, classroom, boardroom..
Terms & Conditions:
- Each registration and membership status needs to be confirmed by the European Chamber
- A written confirmation with the bank details will be sent to the participant
- All payments need to be done in advance. A scanned version of the bank slip needs to be sent to the European Chamber.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be confirmed by mail. Please see the conditions below:
- Cancellations made 7 working days prior to the course will be charged with 20% course fee.
- Cancellations made 5 working days prior to the course will be charged with 50% course fee.
- Cancellations made 3 working days prior to the course or absence from the course will be charged with 100% course fee.
