On 24th July, The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China Shenyang Chapter, together with Staufen will deliver a Shop Floor Management training in Chinese at BMW plant.

中国欧盟商会与诗道芬公司将于7月24日在沈阳宝马工厂举办车间管理中文培训。
What makes the difference between a world-class production and a thoroughly world-class company? Optimization of process and machines is a lot but not everything. Only companies which are also able to change the management and leadership behavior are finally in the position to make this last, but most important step towards operational excellence.

Shop floor Management brings leadership to the place where it is needed most – the Gemba. Managing cross-functional teams in order to detect deviations and solve problems are in focus. Inaddition, employees and managers can improve their problem solving and social skills in daily-business routine by using Shop floor Management.

Furthermore, there will be an Open Discussion section at the end between BMW shop floor managers and participants from other plants, about reasonable implementations of shop floor management.
