On 10th April 2017, the Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP) published the Notice on the 13th Five Year Development Plan of the National Environmental Protection Standards, to strengthen the implementation of existing environmental protection laws and regulations.
In light of increasingly strict enforcement of environmental rules by the MEP and local environmental protection agencies, it is crucial for the manufacturing industry to comply with environmental laws.
The European Chamber is delighted to welcome supply chain experts to share their insights on how manufacturers can best mitigate environmental risks in China and manage suppliers in order to develop a healthy and sustainable supply chain.
