Mr. Carlo Diego D’Andrea
Founder and Managing Partner of D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel, and Founder of DP Group.
Graduated in Law at the University of Teramo (Italy), he then subsequently obtained a Masters’ degree in Corporate Advisor at LUISS University in Rome and a Diploma in Chinese Studies at Nanjing Normal University and is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
Mr. D’Andrea arrived in China in 2005 and is fluent in Italian (mother tongue), English, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. He mainly deals with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, assistance in ODI/FDI and intellectual property rights.
He is also acting as Vice President of the European Chamber and Chair of the Shanghai Chapter.

Ms. Massa, originally from Italy, relocated to China in 2010 following a degree in International Business and Chinese Studies.
First based in Beijing, she moved to Shanghai to work for an oil and gas Sino-Italian JV; she later joined Consea Executive Search to be soon appointed as the youngest Operations Manager in the group.
Here, Ms. Massa oversees the APAC Region with her international team of Consultants, supporting European Multinational companies and SMEs in their recruitment activities of Senior and Executive profiles, and assisting complex reorganization processes in manufacturing and commercial environments.

Dr. Iris Duchetsmann is a German lawyer with experience in international business and law for over 15 years. Iris is managing director of DD Law HR Compliance where she and her team specialize in international HR management and employment law. A specific focus lies on supporting clients in international assignments and HR projects, working with employment specialists across Asia Pacific and globally.
Iris has worked within multinational corporation and international law firms in Europe and Asia. Her clients comprise international companies, and executives from various industry sectors including automotive, energy, transportation, chemical, media, textile, consulting, etc.
She has been recognized as leading lawyer for PRC employment law by Chambers Asia. Iris is Vice-Chair of the Legal & Competition Working Group and served as member of the board and Vice Chair of the EUCCC HR WG in Shanghai previously. She is a frequent speaker and author on international and national labour law and HR topics.

• Becky is the Managing Partner responsible for Fragomen's practice in China, supervising a team handling inbound visas and work permits.
• As the leading professional in the increasingly complex area of China immigration, she is experienced in assisting multinational corporations, financial institutions, and other global employers with employment-based immigration and investor visas.
• Becky also advises clients on immigration-related compliance as well as strategies for the transfer of expatriate workforce into China and throughout the country.

Mr. Matthew Durham
Mr. Matthew Durham
Matthew is a partner of the firm's China employment practice and has been working in Shanghai for over 17 years. He advises clients across a diverse range of sectors including retail, financial automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical, insurance, education, media, and high-end technology.
Matthew's extensive experience in employment issues in China includes employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and restructurings, employment contracts, handbooks, and policies, international secondments, hiring and firing advice, labour union issues, stock options and incentive schemes, social insurance and welfare issues, employee inventor remuneration schemes, restrictive covenants; data protection, employee fraud and investigations, and employment disputes.
Matthew also has significant corporate transactional and commercial work, advising on foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures, corporate governance and compliance, regulatory issues, commercial contracts and related business issues.

Jeanette Yu is Partner and head of Employment & Pensions Practice Area Group of CMS, China. She has more than 20 years’ experience in providing advice for international companies on labour law issues and compliance management. Her extensive track record comprises recruitment and dismissal of employees, formulating employee handbooks and implementing its policies, work permits and visa issues of expatriates, international secondment, data privacy, non-competition, social security, trade union and labour disputes. She has also been involved in significant projects of business transactions and restructuring, advising clients on employee transfer, relocation and lay-off of employees as well as negotiation of employment contracts and separation agreements.
Since 2017, Jeanette has been acting as the National Chair/Vice Chair of HR Working Group of European Chamber of Commerce in China. This year Jeanette was elected as the National Chair of HR Working Group of European Chamber of Commerce in China.
Starting from 2017, Jeanette acted as the Vice Chair of HR Working Group of European Chamber of Commerce in China, and the Chair in 2019. Jeanette is also a member of Shanghai Law Society Labour and Social Security Law Research Branch.

Ms. Wei Lu is the President of CDP Group, Global President Council of New York Univ. Executive Council of CCG China, and the Executive of HEC China Training and Developing Research Center on Women Leadership.
Ms. Lu innovated the new business model on human capital management and digital services in China. She was commended as the distinguish female in innovation and entrepreneurship by ‘Stella Women Reward’. In 2008, EY China gave Ms. Lu the special reward of Female Leadership in Greater China by central government in 2011.
Ms. Lu is not only a model of female leadership, but also a pioneer in human resource services. Utilizing her experience of human capital management, global operation on shared services and cross-industry transition of human resource industry in companies in both China and USA including EY, Deloitte and KPMG, Ms. Lu innovated the new model of human capital management service in China.
Ms. Wei Lu holds the BS degree in Biochemistry in Nankai University, MS of Molecular Biology at Chinese Academy of Science and MS degree with honored PhD on Physiology in University of Iowa.

Ms. Yim is a Director at Deutsche Bank (China) Co. Ltd. and the Head of Human Resources for the Bank in China. She has worked in the financial industry for over 18 years and joined Deutsche Bank in 2010.
At Deutsche Bank, Ms. Yim and her team drive the talent agenda with the Bank's leadership; and partner with the various business to grow the Bank's franchise in China. Ms. Yim is a member of the Asia Pacific Human Resources Executive Committee and is also a member of the China Operations Committee.
Ms. Yim has a doctoral degree in clinical psychology and a master degree in business administration. She now lives with her family in Shanghai.

After an education and professional experience in China, Florian starts off his career at the position of PR & Sales Director at the NGO Pharmacists without Borders, in the medical domain in Asia (Cambodia, Lao, Vietnam, China), Africa (Ethiopia, Gabon, Congo, Rwanda, Chad, Morocco, Ivory Coast, Kenya) and Eastern Europe. He comes back to China in 2007 to create the local branch of a consulting company in international mobility, Helma International, as China Manager. Following this experience, he joins Acropolis Associates, then Boyden, head hunting and HR consulting firms, as China Director. During this time, he specialises in new technologies and aerospace/security. Florian gives lectures on HR/career management in Chinese and foreign universities in China (People University, Jiaotong University, Paris Tech Elite Institute of Technology, HEC, EM Lyon, Kedge, Newcastle University, HULT ...).
Florian joins Safran in 2016 as Human Resources Director China and HR VP Asia.
Ms. Reshmi Dutta

Reshmi supports executive teams reporting directly to SAP Board and organizations that drive revenue and strategic changes in SAP. Has more than 20 years of experience in building people strategies which impact Organization Development, Talent Management and building a culture of Trust. Leads large scale transformational changes, Mergers & Acquisitions, Global projects on building high performance organizations across geographies. Recognized and respected for being the strong voice of HR, influencing business impacts.
Currently she is the HR leader for SAP Services, Greater China and has been with SAP for 14 years. Prior to the current assignment, Reshmi has been the HR Director for SAP India and held various Strategic HRBP positions in India, Germany and Greater China. Prior to SAP, Reshmi has worked with Intel Technologies, Tata Group and Randstad India.
Holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from XISS, India. She is a Certified Coach & NLP Master practitioner certified by the Worldwide Institutes of NLP and American, European and Australian Boards of NLP. Has held the position for Vice Chair of The European Chamber of Commerce, HR Forum, since 2019.
She is based in Beijing with her family. She thrives on helping people reach their goals in life and business.

Ms. Wendy Xia currently serves as the HR director of United Family Healthcare in Shanghai. With over 16 years in Human Resources management role, she has served as China HR head in various industries, such as CITS American Express Global business Travel, a Global market leader in business travel management, Arup, a world class global design and business consulting firm and Vanceinfo, a leading China-based provider of IT outsourcing services. Wendy has ample experience in designing and facilitating various C&B Innovation, Organizational Culture Implementation and Talent Assessment & Development programs for companies. She is also certified MBTI trainer and Erickson coach with rich experience on Talent Management and career Development.

Mr. David Chen has been working in Human Resources management for more than 20 years. The rich experience he acquired in major international companies ranges from Human Resources strategy formulation, organizational transformation management to talent development etc all spectrum of HR.
Since joining SUEZ Asia in 2011 as a member of the executive committee, David has been a key player in the management team of Suez Asia and persistently driving the HR organization transformation in order to support the business in a more value added way. As a leader David is a firm believer of integrity and people development.

Simon has over 15 years consulting and management experience within the professional recruitment industry in UK, Australia and China. Simon was appointed as Regional Director, China in January 2012 and is currently the Managing Director of Greater China who has responsibility for the operational management and expansion of Hays offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
Prior to his current position as Managing Director of Hays Greater China, Simon spent 8 years with Hays Australia, progressing through various levels of promotion to assume overall management of businesses in both Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Simon’s management experience includes developing market-leading teams within a range of technical, financial, corporate and executive disciplines. He also maintains a strong personal interest in the infrastructure, engineering and energy industries. He graduated from the University of Western Australia (BSc) and has attended management development programs through both Hays and external institutions.

With an international background in Europe and South America, and over 10 years living in China, Rosanna Terminio is a consultant, contributor and lecturer specializing in innovation and strategy for the organization, as well as human resources strategist. She works since 2006 for AsecorpChina, of which she become owner in 2011 together with a Chinese colleague. As an Independent researcher, she published an academic paper titled: “The impact of RAAI (Robotic, Automation and Artificial Intelligence) from the employee perspective. A scoping review” and she is now working on her PhD research about technology driven change and employee’s identity. She also contributed to the book “The work we need. People for Industry 4.0”, published in Italy in October 2018. Rosanna is certified as an Executive Coach (ICC) and LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator. She gives lectures about Doing Business in China and HR Management in different Management Schools and Universities in Europe and China and participates, with pro-bono consulting, to different CSR activities.
