The concepts of fraud and return on investment (ROI) are rarely discussed in the same conversation; nevertheless, combating fraud creates opportunity for executives wishing to increase the competitiveness of their company, preventing fraud and limit its impacts in a cost and time efficient way, presents a major opportunity to grow.
The losses attributed to fraud often include only the direct costs. But we need to keep into consideration to other negative impacts such as reputational damage, erosion to their share price and loss to employee morale. In the times when customer loyalty can vary in the little time that it takes to read 140 characters, these damages can be fatal. So, if we factor these additional costs into the total costs of fraud, the ROI of a robust program are even greater.
The European Chamber is delighted to welcome you to a seminar that will provide you with a deep analysis of anti-fraud programs in China, how to develop a robust anti-fraud program and strategies to deter, prevent and react to them.
