Dr Jimmy Hu Jianping, received his Doctorate, Road and Transportation Engineering, from Tongji Unversity, and did postgraduate studies at the University of Kansas and the Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University
With nearly 30 years of experience in transportation industry management, top level planning, policy consultation and enterprise management, Dr Hu started his career with the Shenzhen Transport Bureau responsible for industry management for 10 years, followed by holding Executive Deputy General Manager, General Manager and Chairman positions in Shenzhen Metro and Shenzhen Bus Group. During this period he was responsible for the planning, construction and operation of Shenzhen Metro Line 1 and 4 ; built the world largest new energy public bus fleet and the first electric taxi fleet; built the Shenzhen public transport one card payment system, Yi Ka Tong (一卡通), and the mobile payment system, Shenzhen Tong (深圳通).

As Director Asia-Pacific of Spiegel Institut, Ms. Yuwei Jin is actively involved in plenty of market research studies with the focus on consumer research and user experience consulting, especially in the automotive industry. She received her Master degree at Humboldt University in Berlin and then worked in the management in various German organizations and enterprises in Germany as well as in China. Her intercultural perspective and competence help her to have a better understanding of markets and consumers in both countries.

Mr. Mats Harborn is Executive Director of Scania China Strategic Center with focus on long-term business development, He also serves as Vice Chairman of Scania Sales (China) Co Ltd.
Mr. Harborn has been a very active participant in the Chinese public debate on the improvement of the transport and logistics industry. He has lived and worked in China for over 20 years with fluent Chinese.
In May 2017 Mats Harborn was elected President of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. He had served on the Chamber's Executive Committee since 2013, as Vice President and as States' Representative.
