一线管理是企业所有管理的基础,企业的各项目标的达成最终通过一线管理工作实现。一线班组长是一线管理的核心,肩负着各项生产任务完成的重任,他们管理水平的高低直接影响着企业质量/成本/效率指标的达成。同时一线班组长又是联结员工与企业的纽带,他们对员工的影响直接关系着士气和团队战斗力。
而一线管理者往往在以下几个方面存在不足:

You can pay at the day of the event using cash or WeChat Pay. The European Chamber can give you an official receipt or fapiao, it will be sent to you by posting 10 working days after the event. 你可以选择在活动当天现场现金支付或者使用微信支付。中国欧盟商会可以提供活动回执或发票,在活动结束后10个工作日内以邮寄的方式给你。
