Mr. Scott Fan， Tax technology Senior Consultant
Mr. Fan is a project manager of PwC Tax Technology. His main responsibilities are solution design and consultation of tax technology related projects, as well as leading tax software business analysis and implementation. He has more than 5 years of rich business requirement analysis experience. He participated as integral parts of several banking system’s tax related functionalities update projects, including project planning, implementation, and management. He has designed and developed smart inventory optimization solutions for several multi-national corporations, has deep insights in enterprises digital transformations. He has also lead multiple tax technology projects covering VAT digitization, CIT digitization, and tax management centralization platform design. He has also participated in many enterprise data lifecycle management related strategic IT consultation and solution implementation projects, led multiple projects on enterprise content management and collaboration platform implementation, and served many clients for the design and development of enterprise business intelligence portals. Mr. Fan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Science degree in System Engineering, and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
