On 2nd January 2018, the PRC government introduced a new Environmental Protection Tax. As such, now is the perfect time for companies, of all shape and sizes, to re-assess the environmental impact of their business, and whether they are in compliance with the law in this area. This seminar has therefore been designed to provide both a refresher of the key aspects of the PRC’s Environmental Protection Law, and an insight into the new Environmental Protection Tax.

 Over 12 years post qualification common law experience in various areas of law including insurance (reinsurance, recoveries, fraud and forgery, insurance policy development and interpretation), commercial (enforcing securities over real property), risk & regulatory compliance, corporate, trade practices, financial services, transactional, general litigation, intellectual property (IP), competition law, and eDiscovery law in Australia.
