The European Chamber is delighted to welcome Head of Human Resources Business Partner, Diane Zhu to explain how Merck are challenging traditional talent management thinking by encouraging employees to make their capabilities and career aspirations transparent and to proactively take ownership over their own development.
During this seminar Diane will share some of her company’s best talent management practices including how they are utilizing digital channels for continuous learning and advocating employees to think about both horizontal and vertical paths as part of their career development journey.
