中国欧盟商会南京分会诚邀您参加将于2018年6月15日(周五)下午14:00举办的关于“人力资源年中回顾——外资企业劳动关系、社保、外籍员工用工管理”的研讨会。

Background 背景信息:
Chinese Government made a keynote speech on Boao Forum for Asia during which presented plans that China would further open the market access for foreign investors in a more extensive way, the involved industries include finance, fund, automobile, environmental protection, etc.
It will provide unprecedented opportunities for the foreign investors. However, it is no doubt the foreign funded enterprises would meet many legal risks during its operation and management, such as risks in relation to share transfer, labor dispute, IPR infringement, bankruptcy and dissolution, etc.
Thus, European Chamber Nanjing Chapter will hold a HR midyear review seminar and invite the relative functional departments from Jiangsu provincial department of human resources and social security to introduce the new policies and opportunities in relation to foreign investment and put forward specific advice on legal risk prevention therefore, in a hope to offer assistance for FFEs in China.
中国政府在博鳌亚洲论坛上提出,中国将大幅度放宽市场准入,涉及领域包括金融、基金、汽车、环保等重要领域,这意味着中国即将开启新一轮对外开放,为外国投资提供了新的历史性机遇。然而不可否认,外资企业在实际经营管理过程中会遇到诸多风险,比如股权转让、劳资、知识产权侵权及解散清算等风险。
鉴于此,中国欧盟商会南京分会举办本次年中人力资源专题讲座,邀请江苏省人社厅劳动关系处、工伤保险处、社保中心以及外国专家局对上述外资新政与机遇,以及外资企业经营管理过程中容易出现的上述风险进行解析,并提出具体防范建议,以期对外资企业有所帮助。
