Ing. Guido D. Giacconi is co-founder and currently President of In3act Srl, an Italian business strategy consulting and advisory company with operations in China since 2006, focused on Energy and Environmental Protection, Regions Business and Economy Planning, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Chemical, Retail. Among many European Clients, In3act is honored to assist also National and Local Chinese Governments -unique Italian strategy consulting company to serve Public Administrations in China.
He is also CEO of In3act Global - a Group holding with interests in consulting and investments - CEO of GDG&C Srl, a business consulting company specialized in SMEs, active in Europe and China.
Former national Chair of EUCCC Energy WG, former Vice Chairman of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, former Chair of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce Energy and Environment Protection Working Committee, consultant to the Embassy of Italy in China and Italian Trade Agency. In 2017 Ing. Giacconi has developed and issued an advanced study of the Made in China 2025 Chinese Government program and released to Italian Institutions for designing and setting up the most proper Sino-Italian cooperation.
Recently participated as advisor to EU Commission and the State Council think tank Development Reform Center about the EU-China Comprehensive Agreement on Investments under discussion between Europe and China.
Associate Prof. at Scuola Sant’Anna di Pisa, Member of Experts Committee and professor at Global Management China Master and lecturer in many Universities in Europe and China including Tsinghua University in Beijing, member of the Scientific Committee of Rigneracity/Remtech.
Deep strategy consulting experience having covered positions as senior partner of prominent business strategy firms such as Bain Company, KPMG, Booz Allen and Hamilton, Roland Berger with assignments in many countries in Europe and USA.
Matured a deep managerial experience assuming the role of Managing Director and CEO in several companies in Europe. Ing. Giacconi started his career in Procter & Gamble where he worked for about a decade and achieved the responsibility of VP EMEA for several product categories in USA and Europe. Ing. Giacconi worked in USA, UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy and China where Ing. Giacconi is resident for years.
Degree in Electronic and Bioengineering at Bologna University. Matured deep experiences, both as manager and strategy advisor, in many industrial sectors with specific focus on Energy and Environment Protection, Urban Energy Planning, Circular Economy, Healthcare, Consumer and Luxury Goods, Government Affairs, Agriculture, ICT, Industrial goods, etc.
Acquired a broad experience in business management and practicing in complex multicultural environments and in structuring business internationalization strategies aimed at harmonizing business practices and culture gaps, both for SMEs and MNCs.
Mr. Johnny Browaeys
Mr. Johnny Browaeys
Mr Browaeys is a Belgian citizen who lives in China since 2003. He has 26 years of experience helping companies understand and mitigate environmental risks in China and beyond. He works at GREENMENT, the largest private-owned, Chinese EHS consulting firm in China. Prior to GREENMENT, he worked for ERM, setting up the first environmental consultancy business in western China, for CH2M Hill setting up the Soil & Groundwater Remediation business, and for DuPont coaching Chinese business leaders in building an EHS performance culture.
Mr. Browaeys is former Board Member of the European Chamber where he co-authored the Western China Investment Guide and contributed to several Environmental Position Papers.

Peter Corne is head of law firm Dorsey & Whitney’s Shanghai office and co-head of Dorsey’s Cleantech Business Group. He is a panelist in several Chinese arbitration and commercial mediation commissions. He conducted as presiding arbitrator the first arbitration between foreign companies in the Shanghai FTZ under SHIAC’s then revolutionary new rules and similarly as mediator conducted the first mediation in the FTZ between foreign companies in the FTZ Court. He is also Adjunct Professor at NYU Shanghai teaching International Mediation and Arbitration.

Ms. Helen He
Helen joined the IFC China Energy Efficiency Finance Program (CHUEE) team as a Banking Specialist in 2012 and is now in charge of IFC’s Sustainability and Climate Business in China, leading the China team to render green finance and carbon trade related advisory services to the government, financial institutions and enterprises. Helen has extensive experience in business development, project management and product innovation. In addition, she has also made significant contributions to IFC’s sustainable energy financing and green building projects in China and Mongolia. Before joining the IFC, Helen had 14 years of commercial banking experience in commercial lending, retail branch management, and client relationship management. She’s worked in regional management roles for Citigroup, Bank of America and East West Bank in San Francisco for many years.
Mr. Daniel Drew
Mr. Daniel Drew
Daniel Drew, Senior Manager in the HSBC China CEO’s Office, is responsible for coordinating HSBC’s Sustainable Finance initiatives within China. Daniel has had a varied international career in the financial industry, working across Australia, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates before relocating to China. Beginning his career in investment banking covering financial sponsor clients, Daniel has worked in bank strategy and M&A roles, including advising on the recent US$28bn merger of two UAE banks to create one of the largest financial institutions in the world. In the CEO Office, Daniel is responsible for coordinating various strategic initiatives across HSBC China.

Andreas Eisfelder is the Head of Strategy & Business Development of the Energy Management Division in Siemens Greater China.
Eisfelder joined Siemens in 2003 and worked in Siemens in a wide range of countries: Germany, Peru, Colombia Chile, and finally joined the China team in 2016.
Eisfelder graduated from the Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München with a Master's Degree in Economics.
