The amount of data a company can collect to improve performance and output seemingly knows no bounds. A growing number of companies are now digging even deeper into analyzing data surrounding its employees, their wellbeing and performance.
Analytics experts and HR managers are using data to study employees’ behavior, how they use their time, patters of overtime, what makes them stay in their job, how many hours they bill and how they related to each other at work. All in an effort to understand their workforce performance and production and further develop their employees. At the same time what still matters are personal relationships and human interaction to build successful teams and effective leaders.
Retention and Recruitment is a top priority for all businesses and one that is often heavily targeted for analytics.
The European Chamber is delighted to welcome representatives from TTI Success Insights, Freudenberg Management and Copers International Executive Search, to share with us real case studies on Human Behavior Analytics and how it can be used for recruitment, development and retention.
