Dear IPR Working Group Member and member of Shenzhen Business Community,
We are delighted to invite you to the next IPR Working Group meeting which will take place on Wednesday, 19th March from 3:30 to 5:30 pm following the last IPR Seminar on Dealing with trade in infringing goods - exporters, trade fairs, wholesale markets and online traders at the European Chamber Office in Shenzhen.
Agenda:
1. Election of the Chair and vice chair of the working group. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the development and promotion of the Working Group in partnership with the Business Manager. Please note that the nomination will cover PRD area. Please check the document:

2. set out the agenda for the 2008/2009 Position Paper and key recommendations priorities. A copy of the 2007/2008 IPR Position paper: . If you are not able to attend the meeting, please send us any issues you would like to see addressed in this year's Position Paper by email.
3. Update on the meeting with IPR complaint center and list of potential co activities
4. IPR Promotion Week 2008, discussion on possible activities
