The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China is delighted to invite you to this half-day LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop, participants will be taken through a series of builds where they will be encouraged to challenge what (they think) they know about change management. Participants will uncover fresh insights and find new perspectives on what it means to manage change.
Changes come alongside with resistance and negative feelings. In this workshop, change is easier to be addressed as it starts from discussing and playing with the models where people feel secure about themselves. Participants will later on be encouraged to incorporate their models into the entire system, finding it comfortable to try-out new strategies with direct experience through modifying the brick structures. As a result, participants will be better prepared for changes and resistance will be transformed into team resilience.
