The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (EUCCC) Southwest Chapter is delighted to invite you to the launch event of our Southwest China Position Paper 2018/2019 at 13:30 exclusively for press media with holding a press conference, and at 15:30 for the general public on November 15th, 2018 (Thursday) in Chongqing.

中国欧盟商会西南分会诚邀您参加将于2018年11月15日（周四）在重庆举办的“《西南建议书2018/2019》-重庆发布会”。此次发布会将于当日下午13:30起仅对媒体开放并同时进行记者招待会，并在下午15:30起开始对社会各界及公众进行开放。

The European Business in China – Southwest China Position Paper 2018/2019 (Southwest China Position Paper) represents the views of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China’s Southwest Chapter. Our 158 member companies have contributed to the latest assessments, concerns and recommendations of European businesses operating in Southwest China. The Southwest China Position Paper assesses concerns and gives recommendations for Chengdu and Chongqing separately. It mainly discusses public governance, quality of life, and international business environment.

西南建议书谨代表中国欧盟商会西南分会的观点。我们的158家会员企业为调研分析欧洲企业在中国西南地区开展业务的最新评估、担忧和建议作出了贡献。西南建议书分别对成都和重庆一些担忧进行评估分析并给出意见。主要讨论了公共管理、生活质量和国际营商环境等问题。

We hope that this position paper will promote constructive dialogue between Europe and China, at both political and business levels. We look forward to continued improvement in business cooperation, to the benefit of both Europe and China. Southwest Position Paper helps local government to better understand European business in local, provide better service for European business already in Southwest, and also attract new European investments into Southwest.

我们希望这本建议书能够促进中国和欧洲在政治和商业双重层面上开展建设性对话。我们也期待在商务合作方面的持续性提高能够造福中国和欧洲。西南建议书能够帮助本地政府更好地了解和提供更好地服务来支持当地欧洲企业，并且可以吸引更多的欧洲企业来西南地区投资。

Advisory Council Policy

Members of the Advisory Council may receive complimentary admission to Chamber seminars, conferences and factory visits up to two attendees per event. Additional participants will be charged at the member rate.

Advisory Council members will still be charged the standard member rate for participation in training courses and special events, such as gala balls, government appreciation dinners, or admission to corporate social events/tournaments.
