The Intellectual Property Right working group of the European Chamber invites members to join upcoming meeting focusing on Intellectual Property Protection mechanism on the WeChat.
WeChat is an app developed byTencent. It was first released in 2011, and by 2018 it was one of the world's largest standalone mobile apps by monthly active users, with over 1 billion monthly active users. Described as one of the world's mostpowerful apps by Forbes, it is also known as China's "app for everything" because of its wide range of functions and platforms. WeChat headquarter is based in Guangzhou and Members of the IPR working group are welcome to join this upcoming company visit focusing on IPR protection on-line.
