About the Sharing Session:
Digital Navigator – China Social Media Trends
In this workshop, we will look into the most prominent characteristics and trends of leading Chinese social platforms, and how the evolution is paving new ways of thinking and marketing funnel for brands. We will also examine the changing behavior of today’s social media users, understanding how they consume and interact with content and key opinion leaders.
About the Election Session:
During the meeting, the 2019 MarCom South China Chair election will be held. The Chair and Vice Chairs play a crucial role in driving the Forum, having a leadership role in driving the activities and engage members. Should you wish to put your name forward for the Chairs election or nominate a candidate, please send a short biography and a motivation letter, stating whether you intend to run for Chair or Vice Chair and your plans to promote the working group to Ms. Rachel Chen in South China at rchen@europeanchamber.com.cn by Friday, 22th March 2019, COB.
Chairs Election Policy:
In accordance with European Chamber internal guidelines, a separate email will be sent to Working Group members prior to the election, with the biographies and motivation letters of all candidates attached. Regarding the elections voting procedure, there will be one vote per company, which must be conducted in person at the Forum meeting after each candidate has had the opportunity to give a short speech on why they would like to run for election. The duration of the term for both Chairs and Vice Chairs is one year. All elected Chairpersons must sign the Code of Conduct, following election. To familiarise yourself with the Code of Conduct and responsibilities as Chairs, please refer to the website below.
