With as many as 20% of European companies stating their intention to reduce costs through headcount reduction, "slimming down for winter" seems to be fairly common sentiment in 2019.
In any significant organizational change HR professionals are tasked with the role of both organizer and coordinator. In order to facilitate a headcount reduction project it essential that these professionals are equipped with the tools to develop and execute a reduction plan that is comprehensive and adaptable to the multitude of challenges that may arise during or even before this process.
