This seminar targets at EUCCC IPR Working Group (WG) members, General Managers of EUCCC member companies, company IP professionals, R&D professionals. About Huawei and its IP status quo:
Founded in 1987, Huawei is a global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. It is fully owned by its employees.
Huawei has over 80,000 product and solution R&D employees, comprising around 45% of its total workforce worldwide. It has set up 16 R&D centres in countries that include Germany, Sweden, the US, France, Italy, Russia, India, and China.
As of December 31, 2018, Huawei's total number of granted patents reached 87,805. Among them, 11,152 core patents were granted in the United States..
Huawei’s R&D expenses totalled CNY 101.5 billion in 2018, accounting for 14.1% of the company’s annual revenue. Huawei has cumulatively spent more than CNY 485 billion on R&D over the last decade.

Participants travelling from other cities shall go to one of the three gathering points.
