More and more companies are working on sustainable development with visions of environmental protection, energy saving, poverty alleviation and creation of a more inclusive society. For corporates, the initiatives to develop sustainable business may also encourage innovation, optimize products, improve corporate image and even open new markets. The Sustainable Business Talks series events aim to bring corporate leaders together and explore effective ways of sustainable business development.
This Sustainable Business Talk: Corporate Social Shared Value CEO Talk with Volvo CE, in the afternoon of 8th May, will invite Volvo Construction Equipment to share their social shared value strategy and their experience on integrating CSV into corporate values. As a world leading construction equipment manufacturer, Volvo CE is driven by the idea that through imagination, hard work and technological innovation they will lead the way towards developing a world that is cleaner, smarter, and more connected.
The European Chamber is pleased to invite Inge ZHOU, Vice President, Volvo CE, to share with us their experience on sustainable projects. Volvo CE has won the Corporate Social Shared Value Award of the Sustainable Business Awards (SBA) 2018 organized by the European Chamber Shanghai in September 2018.
At the panel session, we invite Mr. Bradley SUN, Director for Quality, Environment & Safety, Volvo CE Shanghai Plant; Ms. Helen ZHU, Director for Technical support, Volvo CE who have rich experience in Volvo CE sustainable programs; Mr. Leo LI, Founder of SDG X-lab; Mr. Oliver YANG, Deputy Secretary General, Shanghai Song Qingling Foundation and moderator Mr. Roy ZHANG, Chairman of the European Chamber CSR Forum Shanghai to dig more insights on how Volvo CE achieve sustainable business while driving corporate and social value to the same end and how they explore and design projects in line with their corporate social shared value strategy as a B2B corporate.

Ms. Inge Zhou
Mrs. Inge Zhou joined Volvo Construction Equipment (China) Co., Ltd. in February 2012. She is currently the Vice President of Corporate and Marketing Communications, responsible for Volvo Construction Equipment's corporate and market communications, internal communication management and brand reputation building in China.
Mrs. Inge Zhou has 20 years of marketing and corporate communications experience, and is well versed in corporate and marketing communication management. Since joining Volvo Construction Equipment, Mrs. Inge Zhou has been committed to deepening the cultural construction of Volvo Construction Equipment, continuously expanding the social influence of the company's brand, and improving the internal communication efficiency of the company, and winning a good media reputation and public image for the company in the Chinese market.
Previously, Mrs. Inge Zhou was senior manager of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd., and worked in the Corporate Communications Department, Corporate Marketing Department, Corporate Events and Cultural Affairs Department, and the Siemens One Strategy Project Group.
Mrs. Inge Zhou is fluent in German and English. She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from CEIBS. She has completed a further studying at the Technology University Braunschweig in Germany. She also has working experiences in other European companies in China and at headquarters.
