WeChat continues to evolve rapidly and has already cemented its place as the “APP for everything”. WeChat mini-programs, among other developments, have been taking China’s E-commerce industry by storm, and there are also significant implications for B2B marketing. According to data provider ALDZS, 18% of the 2.3 million WeChat mini-programs are dedicated to E-commerce. With relatively small cost, brands can use mini-programs to design their own user interface and engage with users' data directly. Many top international brands and local key opinion leaders (KOLs) have achieved success using mini-programs as both a sales tool and a branding tool. What are the best practices that brands can employ to leverage WeChat as an effective E-commerce platform, and how can brands further leverage WeChat for B2B marketing?
The European Chamber Marcom Forum is delighted to invite Jenny Chen, Co-founder at WalktheChat, to share WeChat E-commerce trends and B2B case studies. In addition to a presentation there will also be time set aside for audience Q&A.
