The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the next PCR Working Group Meeting which will be held on Tuesday, May 13th, 2008 at 14:00 hrs at the
European Chamber Office in Beijing (Specifically in the Regus Business Centre)
At this meeting we will finalize the recommendations for the 2008 Position Paper. As the Position Paper forms the basis of all our lobbying, members are strongly encouraged to continue consulting widely within their own company in advance of the meeting, in order that the finished version of the Position Paper represents accurately represents the views of European PCR companies.
Agenda for 13th May PCR WG Meeting
1. 2008 PCR Position Paper. The final draft of the Position Paper will be circulated to members for discussion and approval during this meeting (Guillaume
Lesage).
2. Update on proposed toxic chemical ban during the Olympics (Charles Lagrange/Ted Xiong).
3. Consideration of a request by EUCCC Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity sub Working Group to give a presentation to the PCR WG (Tony Brooks).
4. Details of MEP dialogue programme (Karin Xu).
5. Details on how to find information on standards for products which affect PCR companies; e.g. fuel filling dispensers, pesticides (Tony Brooks).
6. AOB
a. Possible free REACH chemical training in July 2008.
b. EUCCC CSR conference, 2-3 June 2008.
