We would love to hear your feedback, and it just takes a minute.
The European Chamber has previously look at issues of plastic manufacturing and plastic waste recycling in our “Zero Waste Campaign” event series. Those events emphasized the value of plastic in our households, workplaces and economy, and the need for an action plan from companies, individuals and authorities.
The European Commission adopted the European Strategy for Plastics in a Circular Economy in January 2018. The strategy was created to transform the way plastic products are designed, produced and recycled. The idea behind this strategy is to modernize the industry to boost reuse and recycling as well as educating individuals on the use of more sustainable materials. Innovation will bring more sustainable products and business models and will contribute to a friendlier planet.
The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China is pleased to invite you to an event where we bring together sustainability and environmental voices to discuss practical and innovative solutions to tackle the growing plastic pollution crisis. Join us and take part in a seminar with different stakeholders from the supply chain, where speakers will share their views on the plastic circular economy and how businesses can reduce their plastic consumption, find a more sustainable alternative of bio-based materials and create a more circular economy throughout the supply chain.
