The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the next PCR Working Group Meeting which will be held on Tuesday, June 17th, 2008 at 14:30 hrs at the European Chamber Office in Shanghai. At this meeting the final version of the Position Paper will be circulated and approved.
Proposed Agenda for 17th June PCR WG Meeting
1. 2008/2009 PCR Position Paper. The final version of the Position Paper will be circulated and approved during this meeting.
2. Update on proposed toxic chemical ban during the Olympics, plus European Commission involvement on the issue.
3. Details of MEP dialogue programme.
4. Cooperation with Ma Jun and Corporate Data Disclosure.
5. Cooperation with EUCCC Auto/Auto-Components Working Groups.
6. AOB
a. Update on possible cooperation with EUCCC Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity sub Working Group.
Charles Lagrange proposes for those interested to join him for a lunch before the PCR meeting. Please confirm your participation at this meeting by registering with Mr. Piers Barber at pbarber@euccc.com.cn by Monday June 16th, stating whether or not you would like to attend the networking lunch beforehand. (The lunch is scheduled for 12:30 hrs in the T8 restaurant (in Xi Tian Di, on Huampi road) prior to the meeting).
