Mr. Carlo Diego D’Andrea
Founder and Managing Partner of D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel, and Founder of DP Group.
Graduated in Law at the University of Teramo (Italy), he then subsequently obtained a Masters’ degree in Corporate Advisor at LUISS University in Rome and a Diploma in Chinese Studies at Nanjing Normal University and is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
Mr. D’Andrea arrived in China in 2005 and is fluent in Italian (mother tongue), English, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. He mainly deals with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, assistance in ODI/FDI and intellectual property rights.
He is also acting as Vice President of the European Chamber and Chair of the Shanghai Chapter.
Mr. Yongtao Gu
Degree in Business Administration and a Master in Logistics and International Commerce in Barcelona. In 2014 Yongtao founded the HRC group, a company specialized in the mass production of carbon fiber components for the aeronautical and automotive industry. Its production center is located in Changshu, China and has a commercial and engineering office in Spain, Germany and the UK. It cooperates with the German institute Fraunhofer ICT, and founded the largest innovation center in Asia called ACTC, focusing on mass production technologies of carbon fiber components and composites in general. He has been on the board of directors as President of the Oficial Spanish Chamber, Shanghai Division, since June 2019.
Mr. Miguel Angel Pérez Balagueró
In charge of relations with members and Sponsors in the European Chamber, Miguel Ángel supports the ICT and Cybersecurity Working groups in Shanghai and manages the SME Forum Shanghai as well as the round table of CEOs for manufacturing industries.
Graduated in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University and with a master's degree in public management and Chinese government from Fudan University, Miguel Ángel has also been Vice President of the Rotaract Club Shanghai, supporting local NGOs and collaborating on cultural events in Spanish.
Miguel Ángel speaks fluently Spanish (mother tongue), Mandarin Chinese, English and Catalan.
