As Chinese society continually develops and transforms, even more so in the past months, the need to understand Chinese consumers’ values and behavior has heightened. In the aftermath of COVID-19, companies will need to put consumers at the focus of their business strategy in order to foster a meaningful relationship with their customers. This holds true for both Chinese companies and International companies doing business in China looking to achieve long-term growth.
This Webinar will introduce the first-ever Chinese Consumer Value Index, an in-depth insight into Chinese consumers and their values, published by Avantgarde Shanghai, its sister company Trendbüro and Kantar Germany. The dialogue will center around important values for Chinese consumers, best practice examples, industry experts’ assessments and the inevitable change in consumer behavior as a result of COVID-19.
The European Chamber is pleased to invite Mr Christian Stipp, Managing Director of Avantgarde Shanghai and Dr Zheng Han, Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Tongji University to share their insight and outlook on the above-mentioned. The Webinar will take place on 2nd April 2020 at 4:00pm (GMT +8) via Zoom.
This webinar will be off the record.
