Many aspects of business in China have been greatly affected by the outbreak of COVID-19, Multinational Corporations (MNCs) are especially encountering obstacles within China’s slowing economy. - Issues MNCs are currently facing in China
- Four case studies focusing on the following scenarios: Change of strategy to address the local market, strong product but non-core business unit, good product but high manufacturing costs and underperforming business due to changing market.
- Possible scenarios to consider
