About Changeable Manufacturing:
The overriding goal of production is a cost- and resource-efficient production of individualized series products in the time and quality desired by the customer using global networks that can deal with uncertainty and dynamics.
In order to cope with the challenges resulting from uncertainty and dynamics and to react quickly to disruptions, such as volatile customer demands or increasing labor costs, production workshops have to be designed very changeable.
You will learn more about the concept, how to analyze changeability potential in your factory, how to implement changeability enablers and how to use Smart Manufacturing technologies for that purpose.
