Dr. Peixin Luo
Dr. Luo Peixin is Deputy Director-General of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice and Vice Chair of China Securities Law Research Association.
Dr. Luo is Professor in Law, Visiting Scholar of Yale University. He holds the doctoral degree from Peking University, post doctoral degree from Law Department, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He used to assume Head of Office of Scientific Research, Dean of International School of Law and Finance, East China University of Political Science and Law. He has published multiple articles on many academic journals and a number of books.
现任上海市司法局副局长、中国证券法学研究会副会长，曾先后获得第七届全国十大杰出青年法学家、上海市领军人才、上海市五一劳动奖章、国家教育部新世纪优秀人才等荣誉。
法学教授，博士生导师，北京大学法学博士，中国社会科学院法学所博士后，耶鲁大学访问学者。曾任华东政法大学科研处处长、国际金融法律学院院长。在《中国社会科学》、《法学研究》、《中国法学》等刊物发表文章数十篇，出版《现代公司法律原理》、《公司法基础》、《公司法的剖析：比较与功能的视角》、《公司法的经济结构》、《公司金融法律原理》等专著、译著二十余部。
Dr. Jia Yao
Dr. Yao is Professor of Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Her main research areas include Fundamental Theories in Civil Law, Consumer Protection Law, Financial Law. She has publised books titled as Reconstruction of the Concept and Technology of Consumer Law, Legal Regulation of Individual Financial Credit Invesigation, Quasi-Publicity of Credit Investigation and Application of Big Data. She has published a number of articles in domestic and global academic journals.
姚佳，中国社会科学院法学研究所教授。主要研究领域为民法基础理论、消费者法、金融法。著有《消费者法理念与技术的重构》《个人金融信用征信的法律规制》《征信的准公共性与大数据运用》等，在《法学》《环球法律评论》《政治与法律》《清华法学》等刊物上发表论文数十篇，英文学术论文1篇。
Ms. Yan GAO
Ms. GAO Yan is Partner of Tax Services, PwC China Beijing Office. She joined the Tax Services Department in Beijing since 2006, worked at the Tax department in the Washington office, PwC from 2011 to 2013.
Ms. Gao has extensive theoretical and practical knowledge in tax services and business consulting. She assisted MNCs in China and abroad to develop the inbound and outbound investment strategies, with a focus on M&A, Corporate Restructuring and other tax-relevant matters.
Ms. Gao holds a master degree in tax law from Georgetown University and bachelor degree in law from University of International Business and Economics.
高彦女士是普华永道中国北京分公司税务合伙人。高彦女士2006年在北京加入普华永道中国税务服务部，2011年-2013年曾在普华永道华盛顿办公室税务部工作。
高彦在税务及商务咨询方面具有丰富的理论知识和实践经验。她主要帮助外国和中国的跨国公司设计其在华投资及对外投资的架构，对企业并购、重组和其相关的税务问题进行筹划。
高彦是乔治敦大学税法硕士，对外经济贸易大学法学学士。
高彦是中国注册会计师协会及美国注册会计师协会成员。
