People notice how you write. This unique blended learning course provides participants with online learning leading up to a full 1-day classroom session. Learners will be able to first self-pace their preparation which includes three (3) pre-assessment activities, a series of videos and content covering the rules and general tips to professional emailing and writing. This then enables us during classroom learning to focus on the hands-on modules of selecting tone, asserting written messages, and structuring emails for logic and impact. Participants will review samples, participate in group work, and receive feedback on their pre-assessment activities during the training. Finally, walk away with a selection of templates to apply across many areas of their daily work life.
本次培训为学员提供了在线学习作为自学准备(有效期可持续一个月),以及一整天的面对面教学。学员将首先进行自学准备,其中包括:三个预评估练习项目、一系列视频教学内容涵盖包括专业邮件和写作的规则以及一般技巧。这样,我们在面对面课堂学习中就可以专注于实际操作的模块,例如:选择语气、断言书面信息以及构建电子邮件的逻辑和影响。学员将在培训期间将评述样本、参与小组学习、并接收关于其预评估练习项目的反馈。课程结束后,会员也会收获在日常工作生活的诸多方面可应用的一组邮件模板。
