This seminar will be in Chinese. 本次讲座语言为中文。
In 2020, with the slow-down of global economic growth and COVID-19 outbreak, companies are responding positively and effectively. In addition, China has vowed to step up the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta in order to make the region the pacesetter of the new development pattern with the domestic market as the mainstay and the domestic and foreign markets complementing each other.
Against the above backdrop, some companies consider adjusting the existing business structure, or relocating part of the group’s entities so as to achieve high synergy or efficiency for the business delivery.
During the relocation process, the enterprise may encounter the tax issues as below:
· It shall comply with tax deregistration procedures and deal with related tax issues;
· It shall be aware of special tax issues when it comes to inter-regional, especially cross-provincial, relocation;
For the new targeted location, it is also important for companies to take full advantage of various financial subsidies support policies. The key considerations include:
· What are the available financial subsidies?
· How to apply appropriate financial subsidy based on the business and strategic development of an enterprise?
· Preparation work one needs to do for applying the subsidy
· Matters that worth special attention during the application
Content, outline, or insights shall be presented in the seminar:
1) Procedures, challenges and countermeasures for tax deregistration;
2) Tax and business consideration during the relocation;
3) Viability for financial subsidy application;
4) Suggested approach for application of government subsidy
