Yolanda is a Tax Partner of PwC China, Shanghai Office. She is specialized in indirect tax area with more than 13 years of experience.

Since China VAT reform in year 2012, Yolanda is focusing on building efficient indirect tax function for clients, which includes but not limited to the strategic VAT function design and implementation, VAT SOPs set-up and improvement, VAT modelling analysis by including international trade, etc.

Digitalizing the VAT process is also one of her expertise. Yolanda leads various invoice and VAT automation projects in China. These projects support finance and tax departments in streamlining their process and improve the tax data analytics capability. Clients covers various industries, e.g. traditional manufacturing/trading companies, high-tech companies, retail & consumer companies, pharmaceutical and chemical companies and all the group companies with shared service centre.

She is also involved in various VAT defence and negotiation projects. She was involved in one of the important VAT ruling application for catering industry.

- Assisted in a US-based consumer group in developing VAT management system
- Assisted a US based catering company to conduct VAT negotiation and the VAT amount was more than USD50M
- Assisted two group companies in assessing and developing VAT SOPs and internal control guidance
- Managing 2-3 VAT modelling projects together with the value-chain-transformation team
- Assisted various clients in exploring VAT opportunities to increase cost efficiency
- Assisted various clients in Shanghai and other cities in VAT negotiation/defense projects

Yolanda holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Accounting from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics; she is a member of the Fellowship of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Chinese Institute of Tax Agents.

Chengfei joined PwC Société d’Avocats (law firm of PwC France) in April 2006 in Paris, is director now. He specializes in both China/French corporate tax and international tax with Sino-French bi cultural (French and Chinese speaker).

Chengfei is currently working for PwC Shanghai tax service (French tax desk) from October 8th 2013 . He has been involved extensively in dealings with European/French cross-border investment into the China and has extensive experiences in advising European/French multinational companies to formulate their investment strategies, structure their expansion and streamline their operating structures to comply with various business and tax regulations in China.

Since 2006, he has worked for a broad range of top tear financial and strategic clients (e.g. CAC 40 groups and European mid-cap companies). His experience encompasses a broad range of industries including Automotive, energy and utilities, consumer products, healthcare, industrial, transport, sports and media.

Chengfei obtained a Master degree of Corporate tax law from Paris Dauphine University (2006) as well as a Master degree of International commercial law from Paris X Nanterre University (2006).
