Dear Petrochemicals, Chemicals and Refining WG Member,
The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the next PCR Working Group Meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, December 9th, at 14:30 hrs at the European Chamber Office in Shanghai.
Proposed Agenda
1. Presentation on Energy/PCR Stakeholders in the reformed government bureaucracy, by APCO.
2. Presentation of Position Paper to authorities (e.g. NDRC, DDG CIQ Shanghai, DDG Yu MOFCOM, CRC, MEP).
3. Drafting of audit protocol for cooperation with Ma Jun. Use of environmental law infringements indicators to update IPEA website.
4. Debrief on Chemical Registration Centre conference 19th November 2008.
5. Mid February 2009 NDRC Forum update, to include details on potential topics and requests for speakers.
6. Action plan for submission of History Cases to the EU commission.
7. AOB a) Next meeting dates.
Charles Lagrange proposes for those interested to join him for a lunch before the PCR meeting. Please confirm your participation at this meeting by registering with Mr. Tony Brooks at tbrooks@euccc.com.cn by COP Monday December 8th, stating whether or not you would like to attend the networking lunch beforehand. (The lunch is scheduled for 12:30 hrs in the T8 restaurant (in Xi Tian Di, on Huangpi road) prior to the meeting).
