对于机加工行业而言,设备是基础的生产资料和固定资产,提升设备运维水平、改善设备综合效率、提高资产利用率,促进实现公司既定目标及可持续发展,是生产运营管理者的长期目标。在这个领域,TPM(Total Productive Maintenance)与OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness)是最常被提及的话题,这个起源于西方、发展于日本的管理体系与指标也正不断地被国内企业借鉴采纳,为企业内部的精益管理助力,伴随着近年来数字化技术的不断发展,企业也拥有了更多的便利工具,来实现高效率的改进。
成功实施TPM的公司很多,这些公司有关TPM的报告都说明了公司实施TPM后,生产率有显著提高,在许多案例中它还可以大幅减少对外部采办部件的需求。但不可否认,TPM多而全的管理活动,实施起来难度很大,很多企业都存在着有改善意识却难以落实的窘境,而这就是GAMI联合西格数据举办本期活动的意义。
2021年1月29日(星期五),GAMI将联合合作伙伴SIGER(西格数据)及European Chamber Nanjing举办一期针对机加工行业的主题活动,围绕设备管理,与大家共同探讨“如何提升设备运维水平及改善设备综合效率”,届时,GAMI高级咨询师沈春峰先生将从生产科学的角度,以TPM项目实施顾问的角色与大家探讨TPM的核心要素、实施分步路线图以及行业案例经验;西格数据总经理余世阁先生将从具体的客户案例角度,为大家分享作为国内领先的设备管理者,西格数据是如何理清客户痛点、帮助加工行业的客户进行设备及刀具数字化管理,低成本高效率的实现降本增效的目标。
我们期望通过本次活动,让参与者理解设备效率改善为企业带来的巨大价值,并通过实际的案例分析与分步规划,找到适合本企业有效实施TPM的管理活动;理解数字化工具可以为管理实践带来的具体价值,有效的实现企业短期目标,并逐步实现可持续发展。
For machining industry, equipment are the production means and fixed assets, improving the maintenance level and OEE and asset utilization, to realize the targets and sustainable development, is the long-term goal of every operation manager. The most popular solution is TPM & OEE, concept originated in West and well developed in Japan now has been applied more and more in Chinese market for the lean management, together, with the development of digital technologies, more outcome tools are playing important roles in the company internal improvements.
Many companies had shown their success in TPM conducing with significant efficiency and saving results, even some cases shown reduce in demand of external components. Nevertheless, the implementation difficulties caused by the comprehensive activities of TPM and the dilemma of high sense but low practice of members are the common problems existed in many machining companies.
On Jan29. 2021 (Friday), GAMI and European Chamber Nanjing will hold an event entitled “How to implement TPM and improve OEE efficiently” together with its partners SIGER. On one hand, Mr. Shen Chunfeng, senior consultant at GAMI will share the key elements of TPM and roadmap step by step, and real cases as a TPM project manager from the perspective of production science; on the other hand, Mr. Yu Shige, GM at SIGER, will share how digital tools supporting equipment management, such as improve OEE, as the domestic leading equipment service provider, how SIGER clarify their customers pain points and achieve their satisfaction by the high competitiveness digital solution.
In this way, the participants could gain the know-how of TPM, and identify suitable management activities and methodology by breaking down real cases, also could define where and how to make use of digital technology, to solve problems and avoid wastes, to achieve company goal efficiently.
