What comes to mind when you think “Second Home”? In fact, it has nothing to do with real estate, but rather it is a traditional internationalization strategy that helps give companies the competitive edge it requires to do well on a global level. Conducting business across borders is no simple endeavor, but if firms establish themselves in each other’s region as their second home with the status of local insider, rather than of external intruder, this can be very beneficial for the company as a whole.
The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China is delighted to welcome you to a factory visit to Casappa Hydraulics, an Italian manufacturer of hydraulic pumps into today’s business enterprise. During the tour, Davide Bruschi, Managing Director of Casappa Hydraulics (Shanghai) will present the topic of competing at home and abroad with second headquarters.
